    GENERAL

    While we strive to make our promotions as inclusive as we can, sometimes it is not possible for every product (for a variety of reasons) to be included. Please note that this list is constantly under review and we will do our best to keep this list updated so that you are aware of any exclusions that may exist.

    Discount codes (including the Welcome Discount) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (ie: Flash Sales, Black Friday, Prestige Points redemptions, etc.). In the instance of a Flash Sale that is collection specific, you will be able to use your discount code on other items in your cart, provided that they meet the eligibility criteria (ie: minimum spend is met, no ineligible products, etc.).

    In general, OUTLET items are excluded from promotional discount codes. Discounts cannot be combined. From time-to-time we do offer free shipping on sale and discounted items, however, as a general rule, large discounts and free shipping WILL NOT be combined.

    Items in the OUTLET collection are not eligible for discounts of any kind (including Prestige Points redemptions, Free Shipping codes, or any Welcome discount).  Should you happen to use a Free Shipping code for an OUTLET purchase (and that is the only item in your cart), we WILL NOT DISPATCH your order until this shipping fee is paid. These items also do not count toward the minimum $75.00 spend required for the Welcome Discount code to work.

    Generally speaking, any Free Shipping promotions and discount codes only apply to orders within New Zealand (however, we will typically offer a discount equivalent to the NZ shipping rate for international orders).

    Coupons and discount codes are strictly limited to one use per person and cannot be combined. We also hope that our customers will respect our small business enough to keep these codes limited to one per household. We will not merge and/or combine points balances in instances where it is obvious that multiple accounts and/or e-mail addresses have been used by the same customer to use a discount multiple times (ie: using three different email addresses to use the Welcome Discount on three separate occasions, all under your name and shipped to the same address). 

    In an instance where a customer has used a discount code against items outside the advertised terms, Earth Baby Eco Boutique reserves the right to cancel the order. 

    Discount codes, coupons, and vouchers MUST be used at the time of purchase (if you haven't used it and it isn't time sensitive, you will likely be able to use it on a future purchase). Sorry, but we cannot retroactively apply them after your purchase. We DO NOT price match or offer refunds for changes in price on previous purchases. Discount codes cannot be stacked or doubled up with other promotions or discounts (this includes Prestige Points redemptions).

    Unfortunately, we cannot apply any current discounts and promotions to past purchases (ie: Black Friday, Boxing Day, flash sales, general sales, etc.).

    If you are the lucky winner of a promotional voucher for a contest or draw that we have done, we kindly ask that you respect the fact that we are a small business (and you've already received free money from us!), and do not apply any further discount codes to your order (including promotional codes, Free Shipping Codes, and Prestige Points redemptions). Should you use a winning voucher for your purchase and apply a further discount code, your order will not be dispatched until the difference is paid to us.

    All items included as part of an order that include Pre-Order items (particularly when FREE SHIPPING is included), will be sent at the same time, as one order. If you have items in your order that are not a pre-order but you would like to receive sooner, please place a separate order for those items.  PLEASE READ the Product Descriptions to see if an item is on pre-order (it will be written in, BIG, BOLD, RED LETTERING).  We WILL NOT refund an order for which you have not read that the item was on pre-order.

    Whilst rare, from time-to-time, we may experience an inventory issue on the site. Should an item be unavailable to dispatch we will first try to get the item in ASAP for you. If the item is no longer available (or we can't get it in a timely fashion), you will be refunded for that item. PLEASE NOTE that you will be refunded for that item only - not your entire order.

    FREE SHIPPING

    Occasionally, promotional free shipping codes may be provided for products or collections. These codes must be used as advertised. Earth Baby Eco Boutique has the authority to apply additional postage fees if the code is misused.

    RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

    Feel free to bring back *most* items within 21 days of purchasing for a refund to your original payment method. But hey, if you miss that window, we've got you covered! You can still snag an exchange or store credit up to 90 days after purchase.

    All items eligible for a return must be unwashed, unworn, have tags on, be sealed, and have all original packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

    When shipping it back, make sure to expertly bundle and secure the package to avoid any mishaps along the way. We need it to arrive unscathed and in its original, untarnished glory, as specified above!

    Just a heads up, everything in our OUTLET section is FINAL SALE (meaning no returns, exchanges, or credits allowed). So, choose wisely!

    Whenever you snag something during one of those crazy sales (like Flash Sales or Black Friday madness), just remember that you can only exchange it or get store credit (sorry, no refunds allowed). That's all spelled out in the fine print of each promotion, whether it's in an email or on the website!

    Returning something you purchased online (that's eligible for a return)? No problemo! We've got your back with our No-Hassle Returns Policy. Just remember, you'll have to cover the cost of returning the item (and sorry, the original shipping fee is non-refundable). But hey, we want to make it super easy for you! You can choose to pay a $8.00 courier fee* and we'll send you a waybill via email. Then all you have to do is click on the link we provide, book a courier pick-up from wherever you are, and voila! Your goodies will be on their way back to us faster than you can say abracadabra! ✨

    Certainly, if it tickles your fancy, you can also organize your own delivery person. We're simply here to lend a hand and make your life a wee bit smoother.

    If you feel like swapping out the size or colour of an item that's eligible for exchange, we're all for it! We offer a complimentary one-way exchange program (you foot the bill to send us the original item, but we'll send you the replacement item with no extra shipping cost). Want to make it even easier? Pair it up with our No-Hassle Returns as explained above, and you won't have to leave the house!

    SHIPPING

    We aim to dispatch orders placed by 11:00 AM on the business days the same day that the order was placed. In general, most orders are shipped via an overnight courier service (the exception being big and bulky items that won't fit in a courier bag and are headed to the North Island, in which the Economy service is used).

    Items that might fall out of our standard dispatch time are noted in the product descriptions.

    There will be dispatch delays following weekends and public holidays. Flash Sales and big promotions WILL have a DISPATCH DELAY. In these instances, it may take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to dispatch your order.

    For international orders, ALL DUTIES, CUSTOMS, IMPORT FEES, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

    Should any packages be sent back to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer (or non-delivery issue that is unrelated to an error on our part), any additional shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid before the package will be re-shipped to you.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. In the instance that you ordered incorrectly and your order has not been dispatched, we will happily issue a store credit or arrange an exchange.  

    BOGO

    Whilst BOGO items are generally not eligible for refunds or returns, in the event that an item is faulty and/or returned under exceptional circumstances, a replacement item will be provided. If the replacement item is turned down and refund requested, the refund will be in the amount minus the value of the "free" item received at the time of purchase. Alternately, the customer may opt for a store credit to the value paid for the returned item, or return the "free" item as well in original, saleable condition (all packaging and tags attached, unwashed, unworn, etc.).

    PRE-ORDERS

    Pre-order items will ship once stock arrives, with an estimated arrival date provided in the product description. Please note potential delays can occur due to transit and customs. Once the goods have arrived, we will work to get your pre-order out as quickly possible. Non pre-order items from the same order will be sent together with pre-order items, unless otherwise specified. If you are wanting to receive other items sooner, please place a second order. 

    PRODUCT DISPLAY

    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone's display of any colour will be accurate.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    We take meticulous care to ensure that all items are defect-free before they're dispatched to you. In the unlikely scenario that you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us at hello@nakedbaby.co.nz. Outline the issue and attach any pertinent images. We ask you to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, and the return of the defective goods should be made within 7 business days of receiving your order (we will provide you with instructions). Upon receiving a returned item, it will be inspected. Please note that items showing signs of general wear and tear or mishandling will not be considered defective. Our initial course of action is to provide a direct exchange for defective items. If a replacement is not available, we are pleased to offer a credit or a refund equal to the item's purchase price, as well as any related shipping costs.

    GIFT CARDS

    Gift cards can be purchased both online and in-store and used interchangeably (ie: you can purchase a voucher online and use it in-store and vice versa.

    Gift cards do not have an expiration date and do not have any additional fees or transaction cards.

    The purchaser of a gift card will receive loyalty points for the purchase. The recipient will not receive loyalty points when redeeming the voucher (except for any amount spent over and above the value of the redeemed gift card).

    PRICING

    Default pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST.
