The Zazi Flexiflasks Drink Bottles - 1L will keep your drinks chilled for over 24 hours, or steaming hot for up to 12 - beverage bliss! With a soft outer and stainless steel inner straw, your teeth'll never know the difference. Plus, the whole thing is easy to keep clean - even for any busy parents out there. Besides being scratch-resistant, the matte finish won't leave a puddle of condensation so you can take along your refreshment of choice without the wetness. And yes, it's leak and spillproof, 'cause we know how important that is. Oh, and a strap for easy carrying? Yup, it's got that too! There's simply no excuse for not going reusable on the move.

We recommend hand washing your Flexiflask to keep it in tip-top shape and to avoid damage. Use the free cleaning brush to regularly clean the external and internal straws.

ABOUT ZAZI

Zazi was founded by Zazi and her husband, Jon. Together they have two children, and Zazi is a Speech and Language Therapist.

Zazi's blogging journey @zaziplays started during maternity leave when she realised how easy it is to fall into a Google hole when you're worried about your kids! With a background in coaching caregivers and educators, She decided to share how she plays with her own kids to support their development. @zaziplays has evolved into a wonderful community of people who feel empowered to be the best parents they can be.
The Zazi store was launched when Zazi struggled to find products that she knew from her training were beneficial for development. All Zazi products are designed and curated with child development in mind. Her two children, August and Etta, are amazing product testers!
Jon is Zazi's partner in life and partner in business! As the director of Zazi, he oversees absolutely everything behind the scenes! Jon is passionate about respectful parenting and creating a line of products that make it easier to have quality time with your children. He's such a family man! They make a great team.

Shipping & Delivery

Here's the Quick & Dirty Rundown of Everything You Need to Know for Shipping & Delivery:

NZ orders of $125+ are eligible for FREE SHIPPING
Orders shipping in NZ that are under $125 are charged a flat-rate of $9.00 per order (no rural surcharges)
International shipping will be calculated at the checkout
Generally, orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day as ordered, via overnight courier (meaning you should have your gorgeous goodies 1-2 business days after placing your order)
95% of packages are shipped via OVERNIGHT COURIER (Courier Post) as our standard level of service (exceptions are big & bulky items to the North Island)
Internationl orders are shipped via NZ Post AirMail or DHL Express (you can select at checkout and delivery timeframes are provided there for each service)
We DO NOT charge a rural surcharge (please allow additional days for rural delivery)
Please anticipate delays after weekends, holidays and promotional times due to increased order volumes
You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order ships (these can sometimes end up on Spam or Junk, so please have a look there)
Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)

If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchasing experience, please let us know so we may resolve these issues. Our aim is to not only meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Returns and Exchanges (The Quick and Dirty):

You are welcome to return an eligible item for a refund to the original payment method within 21 days of purchase
For purchases made online, the cost to return the item to us will be at the customer's expense (and the original shipping fee is non-refundable)
Should you wish to exchange size or colour of an item, we will happily do so as part of our complimentary one-way exchange program (you ship the original item to us at your cost, and we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping charge)
Outside of 21 days, items may be exchanged or store credit provided, for up to 90 days
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY FROM OUR OUTLET as these items are STRICTLY FINAL SALE (sorry, no refunds, exchanges, returns, or store credits)
Items MUST be returned in perfect, saleable condition, including the packaging (unwashed, unused, unworn - please package carefully so they don't get damaged when shipping back to us)
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method, once the product is received by us in saleable condition, within 7 business days
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please get in touch with us ASAP to chat about next steps (please DO NOT use the item)
