Naked Baby Eco Boutique is a baby and children’s boutique focused on providing organic, eco-friendly, and sustainable products for healthier homes and a healthier planet.

We are looking for a standout Sales Associate to join our awesome team at our shop in Dunedin. Our ideal candidate will work 24 hours per week, as per the roster (flexibility is an asset):

·         Wednesday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
·         Thursday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
·         Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
·         Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The Role:

• Providing exceptional customer service and offering a high level of product knowledge
• Building repeat clientele and maintaining customer relationships (including growing our database)
• Assisting with the day-to-day running of our retail boutique, including stock management, inventory movement, and store maintenance – ensure the store is looking its best at all times
• Picking and packing online orders
• Maintaining a positive and energetic work environment
• Confidence in working both on your own and in a team environment
• Maintaining the company’s standards
• Confident communicator that goes above and beyond, not only for our customers, but their teammates and the company
• To perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects when/where necessary

About You:

• Confident with computer systems
• Motivation and drive to provide amazing customer service
• An ability to style and merchandise
• Able to recommend products and upsell with confidence
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
• Possess an outgoing, positive personality
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in-store, where the team loves coming to work every day
• Has the ability to take instruction and learn quickly
• Proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge on products we provide up-to-date
• Previous customer service experience is an asset; however, is not required as in-store training will be given
• Able to comfortably lift 15 kg
